Seems like a decent deal to me
I’d say that isn’t bad, maybe try and talk them down to 300 or 325?. For reference, I just sold a Black Label V2 with less cosmetic damage, a better wheel set, not to mention a newer frame, for $350 USD. I can’t speak to their older bikes but State is solid for the price. If you ride a lot you should know what works for you, just check for the major things if you go to see it.
