I am new to Blendr stems, bases, and mounts and can't seem to find anything on this attachment type. I see many options for mounting a Roam onto a gopro base, but I can't find any info on this attachment type. Any info would be appreciated.

No, you should get the pro mount with the wahoo puck adapter.

Has part numbers for the alloy computer mount (5266375) + wahoo puck (5266374). Based on the existing one that looks like a Comp so you’ll need W540565.
You could also go with a garmin mount (529590) and get a wahoo quarter turn adaptor
