Recently finished up my first frame up build! Most parts were either used or swapped from my old bike. Super happy with how it rides and looks! Here’s the parts list:

Saddle: Ergon SM Sport
Seatpost: OneUp V2 150mm
Drivetrain: Shimano XT/SLX
Crankset: Raceface Aeffect
Pedals: Chromag Scarab
Wheelset: Derby Sol Rider Carbon 35i 27.5, Hope Pro 4 boost hubs
