Is this in the US? If so, it’s interesting that there is no municipal, state, or park authority noted on the sign. Private sign, private trail, or both? It’s a sad sign. Why not just share the trail and leave it at “Pedestrians have the right of way”?

Look like 3/8” or 1/2” hex heads. So bring both sizes as well as your ratchet.

That’s a great sign! To me as a cyclist, it tells me that it’s not really set up for cyclists so either turn back or take care and yield to pedestrians.
