Anyone know the Willamt Nonstop loop? OR, US

I'm looking for short touring routes in the Northwest US (I'm not interested in the Pacific Coast route – Iive on coast) but looking at, for instance, this type of route: Willamt Nonstop. Much of the info I am coming across in my search is speaking of bikepacking and, well, I am touring vs bikepacking (panniers, steel bike that is not able to take larger tires). Is anyone familiar with this route? Or any other suggestions to check out? Winter is my planning time and I like the planning component 😉 The bikenonstop site is pretty cool, but again, more gravel bikepacking and racing some crazy distances! TIA
