Has anybody had experience repairing/reconnecting the control wire? Put the bike on a carrying rack and apparently pulled a wire out of the controller. It does not simply snap back in.

It does snap back in, I’ve done this multiple times. Press it in with the small pair of needle nose pliers or tweezers
