Hi, I am assembling my sram rival 1 caliper and can't find the right torque for the banjo bolt and the inside bolt (see pictures). Does someone know those specs?

Oh M8, you’ve taken out one bolt too many. However, it’s ok, you can put it back together you just need to be pretty careful here to follow the procedure to the letter. There are some small seals you do not want to pinch or they will leak.
First things first, put latex/nitrile gloves on and wear glasses. DOT fluid is corrosive. Do not get it on your skin, do not get it in your eyes, do not get it on any surface that’s not disposable. If it spills, clean up with isopropyl alcohol immediately. Work with the part over rags you will not use for anything else. That dish towel? Yea, it’s a permanent bike rag if it gets DOT on it.

That’s called a banjo fitting and it’s between 5-7 nm
