Softride was a interesting bike company. They made road bikes around the time that industry gave us the Trek Y-Foil, Zipp 3001, Giant MCR, etc. Then the UCI came up with the two-diamond rule for road bike frames in competiton use, and their frames got relegated to tri use. That’s alk I know about Softride and I always thought that carbon fiber beam design looked really cool, especially on their tandems.
