Hi. I have a gravel frame specifically, front axle 12×110 and rear 12×148 (road boost). I would like to replace the stock Novatec Twentyfive wheels. I have my eye on Mavic SLS or Mavic SLR (Here in Slovakia for €680), where the front axle is 15×110, but my dad would make me a reduction to 12×110 on a lathe. Another option is DT Swiss GR 1600 which are already boost/boost and are on sale:

Please advise what to go for, whether to choose the lighter Mavic or go for DT Swiss✌️

There are a lot of 15 to 12mm axle adapters and converters out there so you can get what you want without having to make anything.
