Youll need to remove and replace the rivnut. Hammer the screw down with a punch, it’ll either go into the frame (remove at bottom bracket or seatpost), or it will straighten the mushrooms back and you can pry it out.

If there is no hope for removal of the stuck piece, I usually just protect the area around the rivnut with a piece of aluminium can taped into position, then grind off the flange of the rivnut. Recover the remains via the BB shell or head tube and install a new rivnut.
