The original bike is a 2010 Diamondback Sorrento, it’s a decent hardtail mountain bike that a friend of my mother had in her garage and she didn’t want it anymore so she gave it to me. From the original bike I spray painted it black with the white stripe, added the rear rack, took off the front derailleur, and put some Kenda k838 mountain bike road tires on it.
The original front brake of the bike broke so I need to get a new one, currently I just have the rear brake. I also plan to get a front rack in the future as well as another bottle cage, fenders, a better lock, and some front and rear lights for night riding. I might also get a rigid fork for it, but I haven’t 100% decided on that yet.
