Hi, I bought these Favero Assioma Uno about 2 months ago. I did around 2000 km with them since. Today I clipped out to get off the trainer and the top part of the left pedal just broke (see pictures). Anybody with a similar problem? I tried to get in touch with the customer service for a possibility of warranty, but you need to have the serial number of the pedals which is on the box (which I do not have) to be able to send a message. Any suggestions on what to do?

Got them used? If you cant get a warranty get a new pedal body.
I mean this depends on customer protection laws of your location but requiring retail packaging retention for manufacturing failure warranties is illegal in most Western countries.
First best option probably: tell them what happened and indicate you found their warranty process but you kindly require their help despite not having the retail packaging and that you would like to avoid talking to consumer protection agencies and social media if they cannot help you…
Contact who you got it from and also assimo
Connect to the left pedal with the Favero mobile app, and you’ll see the serial number in the app.
I haven’t heard of anyone having that issue, despite knowing a lot of people using Assiomas. Most likely there was a manufacturing defect in the pedal body.
