Wine opener for scale due to no bananas available. It came with my Stumpjumper 15 and isn’t in the parts list. It’s rubber and seems to be intended as padding. On the backside it has VLF-C-1045 printed but searching via the Specialized site and Google turned up nothing.

To me it looks like a frame protector, bet you can peel of the white part and it will be sticky
Looks like a downtube frame armor piece. Sticks to the downtube just above the bottom bracket.

It’s a tailgate downtube protector. They leave it off so you can put it at the right place for your particular truck.
It looks like a downtube frame protector, however you said there’s already one near the bottom bracket, so I would put this one near the headset where normally the bike lays on a truck’s tailgate, since it’s a solid piece it won’t stick well around curved surfaces.
