For that price, great! Have fun. It also has mounts for fenders and a rack ifyou want to add those.
If you spot things not working properly, the Park Tool youtube channel has superb instruction videos on fixes and maintenance work. While they naturally use Park Tools for the jobs, most things can be done with regular, much cheaper hardware store tools.
