I doesn't have anyway to put an allen key since a 5 is too big but a 4 goes all the way through one side came out pretty easily but this side is just confusing me

Which hub model exactly is this?
Get either crecent wrench or lockjaw pliers, then hold one side with allenkey and slow rotate opposite ways.

The end cap?
Looking at the outside circumference, you can see it’s got flat faces for an open ended spanner.
You’ll need another on the end cap on the other end of the axle, normally the same size. Hold one in place and turn the other anticlockwise to loosen and hopefully it’s the drive side that will unscrew.
Are you switching end caps for a different axle standard or trying to open up the hub for servicing?
Cone spanners to remove locknuts and axle.
Probably large hex to remove freehub body
