Who can tell me more about this frame and fork?

stock sunday forks with shitty copper graffiti can paint, no idea what the 13 logo is on the frame but looks like it may be aftermarket due to the gyro tabs on front being removeable

The forks look like they came from a Sunday complete bike. They have the logo but probably not aftermarket. I’m not positive but the frames jead tube looks like it’s something from Fit bike co. Also probably not after market but I think it’s from fit

It’s the Stereo Bike brand. I don’t know what the 13 means. Did they only make complete bikes or pro model frames?
About the fork, a guy on ebay is selling one in black and said it’s the Gary Young Pro model.
I don’t know if that’s true.
Also, it seems that it has indeed been repainted.

Nb: if it is a frame from a complete bike, it may be the Treble model but not sure yet
