Let it check from a lbs. For me it looks like the bearing isn‘t fully pressed into the rear triangle.
If its just this issue its not a huge deal with the correct tools. In any case as you have warranty on it, let it check by your lbs

Bolt is not tight? You should check every few rides, especially on a new bike.

Probably not going to get a new bike out of this.
Remove the bolt, inspect frame/bearing, regrease to mfg spec, torque to spec and draw a line on these bolts to keep an easy eye on them in the future.

Have you pressure washed it?
Looks like bearing has moved out of its race? If it has no circlip holding that bearing in its just bad desing and will happen again no matter what
