A nice wide and well surfaced lane to the east of Epping in Essex. The northern half is prone to standing water with some relatively deep stretches but nothing to cause serious problems.
Runs from Epping Road, opposite Does Farm to Berwick Lane to the south.

I use that byway for running and walking aswell as on the bike and those puddles got really deep over winter 😂
We have little picnics down that lane quite often, nice and peaceful and not too much traffic goes down it.
