Picture isn’t great. Seller is asking $200 but doesn’t seem to know much about it.
I’m thinking it is a 2007 Roubaix. I am going to look at it soon but does anybody know what these are worth currently if the chainring and cassette are in good condition?

Good deal IMO.
Resting it on the rear derailleur like that is a little sketchy so make sure the rear shifting is good.
