Thought I’m gonna post this when it’s completed but I guess it will never be.
The frame got passed around in the local messenger community and I got it from a friend of mine for a crate of beer.
It’s a Surly 1×1 frame with a on one inbred fork which I build up with a set of 27,5×2.35 wheels.
I’m gonna braze on some cable guides for the hydraulic brakes and the dropper post a clean up the cables on the cockpit. Ad some dynamo lights and a front rack to make it the ultimate winter bike for me.

What a great looking bike OP! Folks in other forums are always posting bikes that are built up with a bunch of matched anodized parts and pushing that as aesthetically pleasing. I almost always find that very boring.

Your bike, on the other hand, is really good example of what a truly nice looking bike is. There is nothing cooler than a decent frame with a good patina built up with solid components. Plus you accented the bike with the perfect amount of dashes of color without going over the top.

It looks sick! Thanks for sharing!
