Check chainline, reduce chain tension.

Try sliding your rear tire forward 1/4-1/2” and retightening the bolts to see if it helps any. Looks like you have plenty of clearance to do so.

Chain is too tight for sure. Also, if you’re running a 1/8” chain on a 3/32” cog/chainring, that will also cause excessive noise under load/torque. Running the chain more slack and properly lubricated should remedy that, though. Good luck!

Post another video showing the chain tension. It might be that the chain’s tight. Chain might be dry. Might be that your chainline is off. Or it might just be a noisy ring/chain/cog combo. What does sound like when you’re actually riding it? My bike sounds noticeably different when spinning the cranks by hand Vs riding.
Also, what about it doesn’t feel right?

Sound recorded by a phone doesn’t tell us much, because the levels are all over the place, auto-gain in a quiet room makes anything sound loud, etc.
But assuming it sounds bad in real life, it might well be too tight a chain. But it might also be a new chain on the worn teeth of a chainring or sprocket. Or a bad chainline.
So did you replace the chain recently? Has it sounded like this for 15 years or 5 minutes? What have you already tried to fix it? What’s the context?

I run a fairly tight chain and it sounds similar to mine. Move the rear hub in 1-2mm and it’ll probably be fine.

Try sliding your rear tire forward 1/4-1/2” and retightening the bolts to see if it helps any. Looks like you have plenty of clearance to do so.
