You should be able to replace them with almost any *70mm* V brake set.

If its on the chainstays then it’s a u-brake system or variant (vbrakes would foul the chainset) it likely came with caliper styles brake pads but vbrake pads will work fine but you might need to alter he arrangement of concave/convex washers/spacers.
