    Other than what’s available on ebay and amazon, wolf tooth and [a.s. solutions](https://www.assolutions.ca/product-category/adapters/) make these adapters but i think you will run into the same issue. Plenty of IS to post adapters so best bet is to look for a used set of PM calipers IMO – that’s what I’ve done on a couple IS frames without too much trouble

    if you can find ~2008 era shimano XT brakes I would get those. Those came in IS. Mine work so well still.

  3. I see what you’re saying, OP; the design of that IS mount on the frame is going to preclude the use of a flat mount caliper. A couple of options I can think of; 1) get a post mount caliper and an IS/PM adapter, or 2) have a frame builder remove the IS mount and weld or braze on a flat mount. The frame builder is probably more expensive but may ultimately be a ‘neater’ solution.
