I personally just carry the 8mm Allen with me BC anything that needs an 8 needs more leverage than I feel comfortable putting through a lil tool like that. (I might be biased, BC for me it was always wheel nuts and crank bolts)

Find their distributor, in the UK it’s extra cycles, but oddly they seem to offer the spare 8mm for the other tools but not that style
Topeak sells replacements, take the part number and hunt for a retailer. Worth checking if your bike even has any 8mm bolts before trying to get a new one. The 8mm bolts I can think of, pedals and crank bolts, need a lot more torque than you’re going to be able to achieve with these little tools as /u/tryskating404 has mentioned. Even a 6″ 8mm allen key is going to be insufficient for those two applications.
If it makes you feel any better, this was the first multi tool I can remember buying. I lost the adapter socket the first time I had to use the tool.
