Is there any proper name for this type of 24mm spindle that’s more rounded over at the tips than ISIS, not smaller at one bearing seat like GXP, and is definitely not Shimano?
It’s everywhere on cranksets but can’t be bought anywhere as a separate spindle in fat bike width which is the main problem that preceded not even knowing what to call it.
It appears to be most similar to some FSA spindles that aren’t as spiny looking as ISIS. It really looks like a miniature version of BB30/DUB 29 more than anything to me.

Not really. There are brand names for various 24mm spindle types (EXI, Rotor24, MegaEXO, HollowtechII are just what comes to mind), but they’re all brand specific. If that crank manufacturer isn’t making a 24mm spindle in fat bike widths, odds are you’re not going to find it
The spline interfaces are all proprietary, every brand has their own axle and interface that only works with their stuff. If you want fat bike cranks you’ll have to buy a complete crankset from a manufacturer.
