p.s. the snake bite didn’t match that part of the rim. It seems to be irrelevant but I’ve been riding with the wheel in this condition.

It’s time for a new rim. This one is compromised and it will just get worse.

I’ll probably get called crazy for saying this but if the rim is still round and true, I’d just grab a file and clean up the burrs and smooth out the interior wall. I’ve run some pretty whacked up rims and never had trouble.

You got a pinch flat running 80psi? I’m curious , do you know how / when it happened?
