Trying this setup on my commuting bike. Handlebar extension with extra lights, mirror and 1 metre horizontal flag (bends easily when its hit) on a backwards / forwards up / down pivot. Rear has bright rear facing light, 45 degree angled light, reflector, and camera. What do you think?

Your setup looks awesome but I don’t think the pole is a wise choice. Believe me I totally understand the intent, but it just takes once for it to get snagged on a mirror or a door handle of a passing car. Or even worse if you live somewhere like me and that pole scratches someone’s car as they drive by, you better have some sort of self defense on you. I just care about your safety man and I don’t think the pole is the best way to do it
I think that while I sympathise with your intentions, you’ve chosen not to live in the real world and are making yourself more of a danger to yourself, other riders, pedestrians and yes, even motorists.
Rule 1 of riding safely is be predictable. No one’s expecting this shit.
