So here is my 4th Park run Vlog, which didn’t go without incident the chest strap on the go pro came loose made the first lap footage un useable. I also recorded different frame rates for some reason (probably fat fingers on settings.) Good news I was able to run it slowly
Any way this is a mixture of drone, phone and go pro video. Starts off with the Knaresborough castle and heads in towards the Conyngham Hall Park Run.
Really enjoyed the varied course which is a little undulating but has a good mixture of terrain
