When it's cold outside (30 fahrenheit) my front derailleur is giving me lots of issues. It will either shift normally or twitch a little bit and it's very inconsistent. The rear keeps shifting with no issues however m When I got home after this video and let my bike warm up inside the shifting went back to normal with no issues. This is 11 speed dura Ace.

Take it off, remove the plastic cap (Philips screw) and clean the the pivoting arm thoroughly. After that add some lube or grease to prevent the issue in the future.
If you live in the desert then the inside of your shifter is full of fine sand. I lived in the desert for a decade and you should never underestimate the ability of gibe sand to penetrate bike mechanisms.
