Any shifter cable splitters that work with full-length housing?

I know about the Da Vinci Cable Splitters and the Ritchey Quick Disconnects, but it looks like both of those require you to insert the bare cables into the splitters between two cable stops. I haven’t been able to find any options that work with full-length housing. Is there anything out there? Do the aforementioned splitters, in fact, work with full-length housing? Thanks!
