I have a Commencal Supreme DH V4, I just had my LBS the bike with a chainguide/bashgaurd, but it looks very weird.
The frame and gaurd are both iscg05 but its almost like my frames mounting points are upside down. Isnt one of these supposed to be at the top?

It’s setup for high pivot.
Given this bike has a high pivot I don’t get how the upper chain guide could be at the top. Though it seems like you could just remove that part and only have the tensioner on the bottom.
Maybe high pivots use this setup but most high pivots I see only have the lower tensioner along with a chain guide on the idler.
That bike runs a specific guide designed for the supreme. You would most likely have to buy it from Commencal. What they’ve installed is just a regular guide not meant for that bike but rotated it significantly forward.
