This looks like a slightly modified version of the Decathlon rear saddle harness and drybag system. It’s a similiar price, but I’d rather keep my Decathlon bag because it doesn’t have the the useless side pocket, has a better way to mount a rear light, and has two straps to secure the drybag instead of one, so you can tighten it easier and also have a failsafe in case one strap fails in the middle of nowhere.
