Hi, just wondering if anyone could help me with upgrading my group set. First time upgraded and bike owner so wouldn’t mind some advice

If you have an 8 speed Claris Allez then in all likelihood this is not worth it. You will have to replace entire group set and wheel set as the 8sp won’t take a 12 speed cassette. IMHO you will be in new bike cost territory by the time you are done.
