I recently purchased a used wheelset with Raceface Vault hubs. When I got it, I noticed that the lacing was different from the drive side and non-drive side. One is laced radial and on the other side it’s one cross. Will this cause issues?

Not for most applications. You start putting track sprints through them regularly, maybe you find otherwise. Not unheard of for hubs to be laced like that.
