  1. It’s not ready to ride, to say the least. I’d usually get a bike in this condition for free. Or at least, I wouldn’t pay for a bike in this condition. It’s low end. Even if you got it for free, you’d need to have a lot of free parts on hand to make it worthwhile.

    No, not in that condition. Light/reflector hanging down, unrolled bar tape, rear tire looks fairly worn, lot of paint damage at the seat stays, rust film on several screws (rear derailleur, brakes, …). Lots of work is needed on that bike. If you don’t want to do that, than the price should be not over 20 euro.

  3. The shimano derailleurs are a plus, but it’s overall not a very interesting bike. I’d pay 20-30 for it, that leaves a few quid to clean it up and regrease everything, to fix some parts and roll on some new tape
