Common cables, you can get a cable tune-up kit most anywhere that sells bike stuff. I get them at True Value hardware.
Honestly you can usually walk into shops and just ask for this stuff and they’ll give it to you either free or dirt cheap
Go to a local bike shop.
If you can’t find it, it try rounding off a bit from the cone shape.
Have you tried looking for “Campagnolo shifter cable” somewhere other than AliE?
