Recently when I use the TrailForks app (paid version) on my phone, there is an issue with inaccurate tracing of the cursor along a trail on the map as I move the marker along a trail profile. It's a minor inaccuracy but enough to be bothersome. I don't remember it happening in years past, only the last few months.
I'm not quite sure how else to describe it, so I've included two photos to show how the cursor is off.
Any thoughts on what's going on and/or how to fix it are appreciated.

FWIW my Trailforks and Strava apps are always a little inaccurate. I chalked it up to a beat up iPhone with a bad GPS chip. 🤷🏻♂️
Mine does this every ride but it’s way off.

Well known issue. GPS isn’t accurate to the foot…nor is the trail on the map thus you get things like that.
