Hey all – I just picked up a used Banjo Bros backpack pannier (https://banjobrothers.com/products/backpack-pannier-banjo-brothers), and I'm confused about how to secure the straps when it's on the bike. I'm assuming if you buy it new, it comes with the straps secured, as all the online instructions are about how to convert it to a backpack. But I can't figure out how to keep the straps from dangling below the pannier. I can fold them up so that they are completely covered by the flap, but I can't figure out what to buckle or tuck or whatever so that they don't eventually slide down. Any help appreciated!

I just watched this. Maybe slow it down and see if you can reverse engineer what he does! https://youtu.be/bb6cT__Cg1o?si=Xhnp7o47sg0Db9lY
Those are good bags. I hope you can sort the straps out.
I have a CT 21 backpack and use a Jandd grocery pannier for it – whole thing fits inside, no strap worries. It’s a little more weight but it obviates fussing with straps.
