Hi guys. I'm about to buy this used BMC, but there is this color peel off with white areas of decal.
Is this normal or should I be worried? Can this be easily repainted? Thank you.

Could be sun damage or a gross amount of sweat and sun
If this is a home trainer this is likely sweat, salty, salty sweat:)
Repainting isn’t as easy as stickers but can be done. Look for a local carbon (assuming it is carbon) paint/ sticker guy and ask what can be done.
