Looking for winter tires for my Wike Special Needs Trailer that currently has 20 x 1.75" Kenda tires + inner tubes (Schrader valve) tires. My area sees a lot of ice and snow in the winter, so need something that is really strong. Would also be great if they could withstand a lot of weight. Thank you so much in advance!

I used winter marathon tires (studded).
20″ should be a 406, so you’re limited in selection:
