Looks like normal wear but still good. Have you checked your chain for stretch?

Cassettes are pretty tough to eyeball. Just keep your chain replaced by utilizing a chain checker (go/no-go gauge) and they can last a really long time. You’ll know the cassette is toast if you install a new chain and it skips on the cassette.
I think all you’re seeing here is just the black finish coming off.

If you compare the valley between the teeth of the top cog at the center of the picture (shows little wear) to the spaces between the teeth on the cogs on the way down the cassette, you can see that the valleys are getting wider and flatter across the gaps. The lowest cog visible in the center of your picture shows the most wear. If a new chain is introduced, that would be a place where skipping is a possibility. You won’t know until you try.
