About $200-300. This is for a very specific person who’s looking for a vintage blue bianchi with campagnolo components. For $550 you can find a used modern carbon frame with 10 or 11 speeds.

In my opinion you can get a new bike with easier gearing for not much more money.
I do like vintage Bianchi’s myself, but honestly unless you’re riding in an area where it is really flat your cassette choices are going to be limited.
If you really want it then I’d offer less than $550. Maybe $400

It’s a nice vintage bike, but you are paying for the fact that it’s a Celeste vintage Bianchi with vintage Campy groupset, not because it would be a nice bike for starting riding again. Parts will be hard to come by and expensive, and it would be slow and heavy. The bike is a collectors piece.
For similar money you should be able to get a much newer and lighter bike with 10 or 11 speed 105 components and a more modern used carbon fibre frame that will be ideal for regaining the passion. Even a more modern aluminium frame would be a nicer ride than this old Bianchi.

Man, there’s one of these near me for like, $75 bucks. I don’t need any more bicycles, but that’s a hard price to disagree with.
550 would be on the very very high end for this bike private sale, it would have to basically be a new-old-stock bike to get that price. But coming from a dealer, I’m not sure, I know bikes from a dealer sell for more and with some kind of warranty, but I don’t really know how much more.

The price sought is because there is a certain amount of “collectibility” about the bike ( Bianche, Celeste green, campy group, Pantani, golden age of cycling Blah, Blah, Blah).
As a practical option for a bike to ride it’s a poor option.
What’s your purpose? Collect or Ride ?

They’re charging the Campy tax but without the high-end Campy parts. Mirage and the like are lower tier and, while Italian, are not great.
Save your money and find a CAAD9/10 or an E5 Allez with 10s Rival or 105.
