Of course!! The beauty of Rapah group rides is how inclusive they are and not pretentious they are.
My first ride with Rapha NYC, I don’t think I ever road more than 30 miles in a single session, anyways the ride was 65 miles and hilly for my standard. I naturally fell quite behind, riding alone in the rain, body broken down, contemplating if I should take the subway home once I get back to the island. As I near the George Washington Bridge, the entire group must have waiting 45+ minutes for me and have been loyal customer ever since.

I do rapha clubhouse rides all the time. Wear whatever you want, they’re super open and friendly and don’t care about that stuff at all.
