You could try sewing it shut and booting it from the inside with a vulcanizing patch, then filling the crack with a vulcanizing glue like Shoe Goo. My suspicion is that due to the size and location, it would still try to work itself apart over time.
I’d replace it. If you don’t, at least keep it on the rear wheel so if it flats, your chances of maintaining control are higher.

It’s near to the sidewall of the Triban resistance tire. It’ll rip through eventually, bc the sidewalls are weak to make the tire lighter. Just buy a new one, they are cheap.

Yes replace it if possible, if not, Use rubber cement to bond it then tape it from inside with a good one (like t-rex) you should be ok
