These bibs were brand new and I used only twice. These are the winter version in size S. I also have 2 short version (GT and GTS) that I’ve used for 4000 km and they are perfect (size M). Can anyone help me?
P.S. this is the second pair of long bibs that has this problem. I don’t know why. The saddle I use is the same on both bikes (Selle Italia SLR shortfit 145mm)

You should probably be writing this to Assos and not Reddit…
I had the same problem with “my bibs”. Turned out at the end it was the carbon rail of the saddle , what was rubbing them off (certain brands don’t polish some parts of the carbon rail in order to provide better grip I guess…). I would check this as well as your seat clamps, for me even the paint was missing at the corner of my seat clamps (another sign of rubbing). Then try to adjust them a bit
Another thing that can cause this if you have saddle bag that is attached on the seat tube and not directly onto the saddle
