    Why is my front wheel tilting under breaking?

      Looks like the axle nuts are loose. Failing that the front bearings are shot.

      I think that bike has seen better days……..

      I’ve had something like this with worn centerlock disc brakes teeth. Too much space in between the disc interface and hub.

      It looks to me like your wheel bearings have seen better days. If I were you I’d ride it until it fell apart and put any money you might spend on repairs into saving for a new bike. Good luck!
