So i left my bike chained up outside my dorm hall over the weekend and I came back and it doesn’t ride because the frame and a tire are rubbing. I tried readjusting the axle to no avail. Any tips?
How even is the engagement of the axles in the back in the frame? That is what is seems to be. Loosen both wheel bolts and see if you can align the wheel between the chain stay before tightening.

Any chance someone tried to steal it with force and failed, but did stress the wheel? Test the wheel for true running by spinning upside down to see if that wheel is untrue?
Check spokes = tight? Get a spoke wrench and true the wheel – youtube shows how.

Could be it. If that much deformity in the wheel, the spokes will appear bent.

Once it happened to me while I was riding. It turned out that I broke the axe.
Could it be that?

Don’t ride it if it rubs. I sanded a hole in my titanium frame before I realized what was happening.
