21’ I believe. In ok condition, most of the frame looks like it will polish up nicely. Thinking I will try to keep it close to original but replace everything that has rusted or is gripshift related. Hard to decide between all silver components or black but OG made in USA rims on STX hubs (not pictured) which are apparently bomb proof makes me think for once sticking to silver and 3×7 might be the go?
What’s the best approach for the bottom of my top tube situation? The rest of the paint is very clean so discovering this pained me. I’m not sure if nail polish will cut it? Evaporust, fine grit sandpaper and some wax/polish?

I would sand down the rust and hit it with rust reverser. Then tape around the area and just brush on some rustoleum paint thats close.
