The setup looks mighty strange: long stem set high, seatpost slammed low. I’d suggest a bike fit. In terms of build and style, it’s a nice looking whip.

Since your seat is as low as it will go and your bars are as high as they will go, maybe I can suggest a wicker shopping basket.

Looks sick but like others said the seat to handlebars look odd so it’s probs not a good fit. Maybe look into shorter length quill and different handlebars since you can’t be comfy with those drops. Maybe take a link out of the chain since the wheel is all the way back on this conversion frame. Also, pedal straps are cool
Very similar to mine. Mine originally came with a brown seat and brown bar tape like yours

Change the length of your legs, clearly this thing doesn’t fit you. They’re going amazing things in Turkey these days.

Ok the people who like to get low are gonna shit on this, but if that position is what your comfortable riding I’d suggest this: get a wider sprung saddle, that one looks like it would be horrible in that upright of a position, and consider getting different bars. If you like drops, that’s cool too. But there are bars like mustache bars with the same kind of hand positions that are better for a more upright position. Or you could get compact drops if you really prefer your drops
