Posting this for people owning Giant Revolt 1 setup with a Tiagra front derailleur willing to upgrade tires to 45mm.
Despite Giant’s specs saying bike can support up to 45mm tires, a rear 45mm tire would almost touch the front derailleur (gap is 1mm) so I upgraded to a GRX 400 front derailleur and there is a large gap now.

Your issue is tyre clearance to the seat stays. That’s borderline if you ride in mud.
Not recommended. Tyre will flex under load and rub, especially near mud.
Does your model have a flip chip in the rear drop out?
Clearance looks fine in the second picture, but I would cut those little pieces of rubber leftover from the injection holes off the tire. Looks like they might slightly touch the chain stay. It’s not gonna do any huge damage or anything, but they might leave little rubber streaks on the frame.
